In Cogne arrived directly Philippe Gombert, international president Relais & Chateaux, to reward the Bellevue Hotel & Spa with the Welcome Trophy 2017, the most prestigious award that the luxury hotel association reserves to the distinguished facilities for the quality of hospitality and services.
To do the honors of home and to receive the award was Laura Roullet, representing the Jeantet-Roullet families who have been conducting the historic hotel for 92 years. Laura Roullet has guided with elegance and passion the evening of the award started with a cocktail in the magnificent garden of the hotel in front of the glaciers of the Gran Paradiso and continued with the dinner prepared by Fabio Iacovone, the star chef of the Petit inside the hotel.
Tradition and innovation are the keys to understanding the success of this hotel, with 39 rooms, three restaurants, a wine cellar that alone is a journey into the best world enology and a beautiful panoramic spa. It is an idea of Piero, Laura’s father. You can already imagine yourself as a couple, immersed in hot water, while outside – all around you – the snow goes down to broad slopes... In summer instead, suspended in the void, you will admire the mountains of Val di Cogne from a different perspective.
The1200 square meters wellness area has inaugurated the new bio-sauna "Water, fire and pine mugo" scented in a natural way with the typical mountain essence and characterized by the warm stones from which vapours emanate that bring benefits to the respiratory system.
