It's not until my next departure and I'm euphoric for two reasons.
The first is the destination: Corsica, an island I love and where I haven’t been back for a long time. My first meeting with the Ile de Beauté, as they rightly call it the French for its beauty, dates in fact a few years ago, during a sailing cruise. A truly exciting experience!
The second reason is that this time it is instead of a travel in Corsica on the road and I love to go to the discovery of places and landscapes driving freely. Although, in fact, I carefully studied the itinerary in every detail, not to miss some important attraction along the route.
And then there would also be a third reason that makes me happy: I participate in this trip as sent project bloggers Corsica Vivila Now and therefore I will tell my live experience day by day on blog corsicavilaadesso.it and on the various social (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), where you can follow me with the #corsicavilaadesso.
The departure is scheduled from the port of Vado Ligure, where I will board one of the modern ferries of Corsica Ferries, company among the most reliable in the Mediterranean. It’s the first time I travel with them and then I will have a way to test the onboard service during the crossing.
After a night of navigation, you land at Bastia, where the itinerary begins which, unlike the other time, will lead me to discover above all the interior of the island, the Central Corsica with Court and its forests. I then proceeded towards the eastern coast towards Ghisonaccia and its beaches, to finally return to Bastia. But I don't advance too much to not remove the taste of surprise.
