Saturday morning we decide to take it comfortable and in perfect slow style we start the day with a swimming pool, crowned by a sumptuous breakfast in the breakfast room of the hotel that seems suspended on the vineyards. Then we take the winding road that descends towards the valley bottom: direction Mondovicino Outlet Village, which stands at the gates of Mondovì and in architecture recalls a medieval village revisited in a contemporary way, with instead of shops, shops and shops.
There are more than 85 brands, although brands are many more, fashion, accessories, sportswear, furniture, homeware, with reduced prices of a good 30-50 percent, although in some cases discounts can reach up to 70 percent. Obviously all original products, we would miss, since the authenticity is guaranteed directly by the manufacturers.
In short, there are really proposals for all tastes, among brands more or less known, but what I like most of Mondovicino Outlet Village is the high percentage of boutiques of great brands, like 1 Classe Alviero Martini, Gattinoni, Coveri, which are always added new openings. Among the latest new entries, for example, there are the boutique of Fratelli Rossetti, where I spend a good half an hour delighted to try (and then buy, of course!) high-class shoes and sandals, and the IT Fashion store, with one of the best low-wear, accessories and footwear signed Just Cavalli, GF Ferrè, Galliano, Exté, Ermanno Scervino.
I miss saying, in the morning it flies, literally, and more so there is a great hunger! We leave the Outlet Village, not before we have filled the gasoline with the Power Station, the service station that applies prices among the lowest in Italy, detail anything but irrelevant in this period of maxi fuel rinses.
