"The most fascinating aspect of this world is the need to stop from everyday chaos and enjoy every second," says Elena.
Among the proposals curated by Elena stand out reinterpretations of classics such as the English Breakfast, made with two varieties of Chinese black tea and a Korean taste delicately floral and fruity, or the Arl Grey, enriched with bergamot essential oil and a touch of lavender. These blends, combined with the artisan delicacies of the Pastry Chef Ugo Rossi – scones, sandwiches and pastries – make each cup a unique experience.
