If you don’t know them yet, you should mark this name a little hostical and search the road typical, simple taverns at the house of farmers, where you need delicious meals strictly based on farm products.
Then on the table you will find large choked cutters of cheese, vaccines, goats and sheep, fresh and seasoned, soft or floury, flavoured with seeds and herbs or simply scented with milk, and then fried with fennel, chives and thyme, fresh and smoked ham, bacon, speck, salami, sausages of all kinds, sliced with lonza and turkey breast.
All accompanied by bread, strictly homemade, and local wine, but also elder or mint syrup, and then apricot, peach, raspberries, currant juices. And, to digest, grappa and fruit distillates.

In addition to food, and at the best prices, a break at Buschenschank is a great opportunity to know, really, those on the territory live and work: it can be the right way to discover a truly panoramic path, to taste a traditional but now forgotten dish, to be suggested the most beautiful destinations in the surroundings or to enter the heart of the farm, visiting winery and alembic, orchards and gardens so beautiful.
