Carloforte, on the Sardinian island of San Pietro, returns to be the capital of quality tuna with Giroton, the exhibition dedicated to enhancement of the ancient culture of tuna and tone that is held as usual the first weekend of June.
The ancient and characteristic city of Tabarkina, the privileged route of the "corridore of the seas", becomes the stage for a precious moment of confrontation and cultural exchange between the Mediterranean regions that still keep alive the millenary culture of tuna and tuna.

Live cooking with Sadler, La Mantia, Pomata and Luotto Great Italian and international chefs will animate the Girotonno live cooking, performing live proposing their best recipes that will then be tasted by the audience in audience. For the first time he will be in Carloforte Philip La Mantia, the most famous Sicilian host and cook in Italy.
Its cuisine is based on the use of seasonal Sicilian products, in which citrus fruits stand out both for sweet and salty recipes.
