I don't know if you've noticed, but it's a real boom. resorts and hotels adults only. Nothing scandalous, let's mean, it's just club and hotels off limits to minors. What a translated means no harassment, no petuling little girls at the bar, no spring-loaded kids diving in the repetition pool. In short, true oasis of peace and relaxation where to enjoy in full the holidays. As a couple, with a group of friends, alone, in short as you prefer, but still without children to follow. 
Even the Club Med has recently opened its first, exclusive kids-free space within the village of Punta Cana, in Dominican Republic, and just to reiterate the concept called it Zen oasis, a name that is all a program. I don't know about you, but to me it evokes the name of a Spa, a place where to indulge in total relaxation, to detach the plug, to slow down the rhythms and, why not, to be pampered with small, exclusive attentions.
And in fact I wasn't wrong, as I had a way to verify by visiting it on the opening days. I admit, it conquered me since I set foot in this real resort. The eye blow, just arrived after more than 10 hours Flight Air France via Paris, it was of those who do not forget, with the colossal swimming pool illuminated with art, the palms that gently waved to the night breeze, but above all absolute quiet, despite in the rest of the village were in full swing shows and evening activities, of which here does not even come the echo.
TheZen oasis It extends in fact in a secluded area of the top village of the Club Med in the Caribbean, of which you can still use all services and sports facilities, including the three restaurants.
The heart of the area is the magnificent tropical lagoon-style swimming pool, surrounded by canopy sun loungers on which, if you want, you can spend the whole day in a bradish style, sure that no one will disturb you.
And if you feel thirsty or want something sweet or savoury to cheer between a sleep, a swim and a selfie to fly on social media to envy the friends left in the city (here, and only here, there is the wi-fi h24 cover), you don’t even have to make the effort to get to the Hibiscus counter, the poolside bar. Sunny waiters turn discreet among the sun loungers bringing fruit cocktails, smoothies and light snacks, salads and sandwiches, at all hours. You can also do Breakfast at the Hibiscus, with French brioches (ça va sans dire), tropical fruit and citrus juices, without necessarily having to reach the main restaurant.
The ibiscus is the fil rouge of theZen oasis, not only rejoices the caring flower beds with its bright colours, but you also find it in the room, in the form of a large red carpet that illuminates the environments with a candid contemporary design. 
Spacious as two rooms and strictly double, rooms Deluxe Zen have all private terrace or garden and a mega bathroom, which occupies a good half of the room, as you can see in the photos below.
Adults only is also the Zen beach, reserved for guests of this part of the resort, but still open to all who stay in Club MedAs long as they're older. Here you will find fine sand and sunbeds scattered in the shadow of the palms to "safety room", so as to guarantee privacy and relaxation, but above all an amazing natural lagoon with transparent and always calm waters because protected by the coral reef. Under a palm roof there is the "yoga palapa", where you can start the day with the classic greeting to the sun or follow true yoga session with the instructors of the Club. 
Want something more adrenaline? A little further there is the nautical center with windsurfing, kayaking and lasers available for sea exits and then archery, tennis, golf, beach-volley, water polo, to remind you that you are in the largest sports school in the world.
And if you really want to overwhelm, you can also try circus acrobatics. Here is the first centre CREACTIVE by Cirque du Soleil, a space for games and shows created in collaboration with the world's most famous circus, where you can enjoy and express your talent with acrobatic and artistic activities.
On what is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic also overlooks Spa by L’Occitane, just what it takes to transform the holiday into an experience of total relaxation and well-being. You can choose from a rich menu of massages and beauty treatments, including couples, in cabins with sea view or directly in gazebos on the beach, caressed by the sea breeze.
To prepare for the opening night, I gave myself a Revitalizing massage to the Verbena 60 minutes, based on the products of the French cosmetic house. A perfect treatment to moisturize and refresh the skin after a day of sun and sea, but especially to remove any residual trace of winter gray.
After the massage I've lung a bit into the Spa lounge, enjoying the sunset on the Caribbean Sea and sipping a fragrant, relaxed and peaceful tea with the world, which I almost didn't realize the party was about to begin!
