Typical dishes of Spain and Greece to try absolutely
Staying in Europe, I cannot exempt from citing two Mediterranean countries which, just like Italy, are also known for their culinary traditions. It is almost impossible to go to Greece and not try some of the most famous typical dishes: from the famous ♪, eggplant, potatoes, chopped meat and bechamel, al gyros pita, the best known among street food in the country along with Souvlaki, the meat skewers; and then again theHoriàtiki, the famous salad often served also in Italian restaurants, based on peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, olives, onion and feta.
As regards Spain, however, the first mention is of course the paella, the dish that most of all identifies the country: the original version, the Valencian one, consists of rice, saffron, tomato, beans, green beans, chicken and rabbit; there are also variants based on fish, depending on the area where you are located. Other food to try in Spain are definitely the gazpacho, the cold soup typical of Andalusia, and the Tortilla, the high and compact potato frittata, which never fails in the famous tapas, Spanish aperitifs, often served as cubes.
Mexico and Argentina at the table
Moving to another continent, two countries that deserve a special quote for their cuisine are undoubtedly Mexico and Argentina. From the famous empanadas, stuffed bundles, meat anguish, impossible not to taste if you located in the village tango. Between delicious recipes to try, suitable also during entertainment, in Latin countries can not miss, for example, nachos accompanied by a guacamole sauce or kg with meat, dish absolutely indispensable in this kind of travel. And then again the famous tortillas and quesadillas Mexican and the inevitable burrito, composed of cooked meat with onion, spices and spicy sauces, served in a tortilla and accompanied by rice and beans.

East: what to eat in Japan and South Korea
I want to conclude this journey in the name of the typical dishes of some of the most characteristic places in the world, from this point of view, stopping me in Japan and South Korea. Inhabited by the many restaurants in the West, we are convinced that the Japanese culinary tradition is limited to sushi, but they are actually very many characteristic dishes of the village of the Rising Sun: yakitori, for example, the grilled chicken skewer; the Kaiseki, a tasting course made of small dishes with seasonal food; the sukiyaki, unique dish of beef, tofu and vegetables, cooked in a broth of soy sauce; and then again Copper and the Miso soup.
South Korea too, contrary to what you might think, boasts a gastronomic tradition of remarkable value, and that is why I decided to mention it instead of focusing on the dishes of the most famous China. The kimchi is undoubtedly the most famous food in the country, a fermented cabbage soup seasoned with onion, ginger, garlic and chili; and then rice dumplings tteokbokki immersed in a spicy sauce; the samgyeopsal, the bacon that is often seen in the South Korean TV series, cooked directly by the customer in the grill placed at the center of the restaurant table; and regarding fast food, can not miss the fried chicken, another great classic in South Korea's culinary tradition.
I conclude here this short journey under the banner of typical dishes of the three continents in which I decided to take you, hoping that I did not cause you too much hunger.
