The Hanswirt Restaurant in Rablà (BZ), near Merano, is one of the oldest in South Tyrol and can boast of the definition of "South Tyrolean Locanda". For 400 years, Hanswirt has been the property of the Laimer family, which has handed down and kept ancient recipes to date.

The stube with the boiserie, the old wooden floors, the vaults on the cruise; the interiors attest the love for details and for the quality of the family, elements that can be unrelenting even at the restaurant.
In the winery of the Restaurant Hanswirt there are more than 300 high quality labels, among which are the Cuvèe of Pinot bianco, the Müller Thurgau and the Pinot Nero, of the vineyards owned.

The white cuvée tickles the nose with the freshness of white Pinot and the delicate aroma of Müller Thurgau. Typical of Pinot Noir are the intense bouquet of red and black berries, spices and violet. The palate is soft and velvety with a persistent aftertaste.
The grapes grow in the vineyard of the organic farm of the Laimer family. Before becoming "Riserva", Hanswirt's organic wines mature patients for two years in oak barrels.
Today Hanswirt is also a renowned resort ****S with 22 suites, modern and luxurious, located in a sunny strategic position a short distance from the town of Merano (10 minutes by car) but at the same time where the Val Venosta begins, land of apricots, apples, strawberries and especially sun.
